- I'm having problems installing your software. What do I do?
First, if you haven't already, you need to download our free poker software. You can find it here .
If that doesn't work, click here , and the program will automatically start downloading the extraction file: pt.exe
Save the file somewhere where you can find it easily (i.e. your desktop or a temporary folder.
Find the program and double-click on it.
The poker software will automatically begin to install the files you need to start playing!

- How do I get my account number?
Your account number appears on the screen after you register and will also be emailed to you later.
- I haven't received the email with my account number yet! What do I do?
If, after a few minutes (say, 5-10 minutes) you haven't received the email with your account number, then please call us at 1(800) 625-8354 or email . We'll take care of you!
- I'm trying to register, but it tells me that I already have an account with Pokertropolis, and won't let me! What do I do?
You may only register one active account, per household, at any time. We do this to fight collusion. However, if there is more than one person in your household that wishes to create an account, we can help you set it up - BUT YOU MAY NOT PLAY AT THE SAME TIME! If you have created an account in the past, and are trying to create a new one, or if you didn't but are still getting this message anyway, contact us at 1(800) 625-8354 or and we'll help you out.
Reminder: Besides the fact that it's illegal, we take collusion very seriously. Don't try it, because we'll know.
- My password isn't working. I'm sure it's correct. what's going on?
Give us a call at 1(800) 625-8354 or let us know via email (include your phone number!) and we'll give you a call to verify your password.
- I keep getting an error: "Unable to login at this time." Why is this happening to me?
The first thing you should do is verify that you have an internet connection. If you can't get to non-Pokertropolis websites (like http://www.yahoo.com ) then your ISP may be off-line. If that's the case, you need to contact them and re-establish your Internet service.
If you know your Internet connection is working:
The game server might be off-line or undergoing maintenance. To find out, try checking our system status page . If that doesn't work, try back in a few minutes, and/or contact to let us know.
